Description: Over 25,000SF of Design-Build interior renovations, including Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), Cardiac Catheterization
Lab, Electro Physiology OR with full Niobe Stereotaxis System, Single Plane Angiography Lab, OR conversions for laparoscopic surgery, ECT department and various clinics. Work also included a new ground up 30,000SF three-story addition on top of an existing roof for ambulatory housing, same day surgery preparation, PACU, and a Bone & Joint replacement center.

North Haven Pain Center -
Location: New Haven, CT
Description: Renovation of existing 7,000SF building and construction of state of the art
surgery center, including complete med-gas system, operating room, recovery room and medical office space.

Whitney Manor Convalescent Center -Location: Hamden, CT
Description: Design-Build of a 3 story 32,000SF addition consisting of 12 patient rooms, dining rooms, recreational space, PT, OT, and a complete interior renovation and code upgrade.
