Utilizing the design-build “Team Approach”, ACGNA successfully completed the project within an 8-month time frame – on-time and under budget. ACGNA was chosen by Uniprop, the owner, from a select group of competitors.
In mid-April, ACGNA cleared the site of 13 acres of trees. 22,000 cubic yards of structural fill was imported to elevate the site to the owner’s needs. The 128,000SF facility was constructed in 180 days. The Certificate of Occupancy was issued December 15th. In addition to the expansive warehouse, an office core with second story meeting space was built-out per the tenant’s requirements.
